Resepi menu hari ini


Bagi memenuhi permintaan dari rakan-rakan dan juga kepada yang berminat untuk mencuba... Disini saya kongsikan Resepi bagi menu hari ini.

Resepi Ayam masak merah

Bahan-bahan:
Sedikit halia
1-2 batang serai
2 biji Bawang besar
3-4 biji Bawang merah
4-5 biji Cili kering (ikut citarasa kalau nak pedas letak lebih)
1/2 ekor Ayam
Sos tomato
Serbuk kunyit
Minyak masak
Gula
Garam

Cara-cara:
1. Rebus cili kering sehingga lembut.
2. Kisar bawang merah, bawang besar, halia, serai & cili kering tadi sehingga hancur.
3. Panaskan minyak didalam kuali. Tunggu sehingga minyak panas. Masukkan bahan yang dikisar tadi.
4. Masak sehingga cili masak... Masukkan sedikit sos tomato. Iaitu rasa pahit hilang... Atau cili tu berubah warna pekat. Tambahkan air secukup rasa... Ikut rasa masing2 la nak kuah cair atau pekat. Tambahkan gula & garam secukup rasa.
5. Sementara menunggu kuah tadi masak.. Gorengkan ayam dengan kunyit & garam.
6. Bila kuah dah masak. Masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng tadi. Tunggu sehingga agak2 kuah da meresap masuk kedalam ayam goreng tadi.
7. Dah siap... Bole da dihidangkan.

*Kalau nak rasa berlemak campurkan susu cair.


Resepi Dalca

Bahan-bahan:
Bunga cengkih
Bunga lawang
Kulit kayu manis
Bawang merah
Kacang dhal
Daging @ ayam
Terung
Lobak merah
Potato @ ubi kentang
Serbuk kari daging
Santan @ susu sejat

Cara-cara:
1. Rebuskan kacang dal sehingga lembut.
2. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bunga lawang, bunga cengkih dan kulit kayu manis sehingga naik bau. masukkan bawang merah yang telah dihiris halus.
3. Setelah kekuningan masukkan serbuk kari. Tumis sehingga masak dan masukkan santan @ susu.
4. Masukkan sesikit air. Masukkan daging @ ayam. Rebus sehingga lembut.
5. Masukkan santan @ susu secukupnya (berpadananan dengan jumlah sebuk kari yang dimasukkan. Warnanya tidak pekat dan tidak terlalu putih). Kacau sehingga santan betul2 masak tapi jangan sehingga pecah minyak.
6. Masukkan semua sayur-sayuran dan ubi mengikut urutan (yang mudah lembut dikemudiankan). Jika perlu tambahkan air. Masukkan garam & gula secukup rasa.
7. Tunggu sehingga semua lembut dan selepas itu boleh la dihidangkan.


Resepi Dalca ekspress

Bahan-bahan:
Kacang dhal
Daging @ ayam
Terung
Lobak merah
Potato @ ubi kentang
Serbuk kari daging
Santan @ susu sejat

Cara-cara:
1. Rebus kacang dal hingga lembut. Kalau nak guna daging masukkan jer sekali supaya cepat lembut.
2. masukkan serbuk kari. Rebus daging & dal dalam kari sehingga lembut.
3. Masukkan santan @ susu secukupnya (berpadananan dengan jumlah sebuk kari yang dimasukkan. Warnanya tidak pekat dan tidak terlalu putih). Kacau sehingga santan betul2 masak tapi jangan sehingga pecah minyak.
4. Masukkan semua sayur-sayuran dan ubi mengikut urutan (yang mudah lembut dikemudiankan). Jika perlu tambahkan air. Masukkan garam & gula secukup rasa.
5. Tunggu sehingga semua lembut dan selepas itu boleh la dihidangkan.


Resepi Nasi tomato

Bahan-bahan:
Beras
Tomato purée
Planta
Bunga cengkih
Bunga lawang
Kulit kayu manis
Susu sejat
Gula
Garam

Cara-cara:
1. Panaskan periuk & masukkan planta. Setelah panas.
2. Tumiskan bunga cengkih, bunga lawang & kulit kayu manis sehingga naik bau.
3. Masukkan sedikit air.
4. Masukkan tomato purée mengikut jumlah beras yang akan dimasak (cukup untuk memerahkan nasi)
5. Masukkan susu secukupnya & air mengikut sukatan. (1 pot beras = 1 pot air).
6. Tunggu hingga mendidih. Masukkan beras yang telah dicuci.
7. Tunggu hingga masak.

maaflah yer kalau resepi ni x der amount bahan-bahan... Sebab kami masak main agak2 dan rasa2 jer... Tulah yang kami buat setiap kali masak... :) "kami" = me + hubby

My hubby nie memang suka masak so susahla nak larang dia dari masuk dapur kecuali memang dia rasa malas nak masak that day. Tambahan plak his wife nie not a good cook lagi... :) itu yang best tu time masak kami masak sama-sama... Actually anything we do... We will do it together.. Kalau bole bebudak nie masuk sekali... Kitaorang join kan diorang sekali... Macam time buat kuih raya... Semua take part. And usually everytime kitaorang masak. Balqis is yang tukang test rasa... Sedap or not. Seronokkan? Hope what we did now will last forever... Amin.

Why my baby poop green?

Hhmmm... Got some questions wondering in my mind when my little prince poop went green last 2 weeks... Again actually... The first time was about a month ago... When it happens... As usual I will automatically when for googlling. Searching for an answer. Many website or forum said it was because of lack of hind milk..

"green poop can be a sign of too much foremilk and no hind milk."

Hind milk is the fatty milk with thick white colored milk (mine la) & foremilk is the water like milk.

And if your infant really are pooping green because of it. Usually your infant will also exhibit:

1. Fussiness and/or gassiness
2. Frequent stools, often green, curdy and mucusy
3. Gulping, gasping and choking while nursing
4. Excessive weight gain
5. Apparent lack of "comfort" nursing
6. Discomfort when breastfeeding, sometimes so intense that baby goes on strike
7. Possible early weaning (often close to the first birthday, sometimes sooner)

Mother may experience:

1. Strong or even painful sensation when milk ejects
2. Frequent spraying of milk from one or both breasts
3. Excessive leaking
4. More than one let-down per nursing session
5. Repeated mastitis (breast infections)

But, my baby & i hasn't have all those symptoms and experience. So I search again. Until I came to one site mentioning his son poop go green just because his wife ate a banana... It was hilarious at first when I read it.

Then I tried to screen my past food consumed and made an experiment on myself... What I have eaten that week new and ordinary in my menu... And I end up finding it was "laici tin"... Hehehe... Itu rupanya yang dia x mau! :) then last two weeks again green poop... But I didn't consume any laici tin. But I do makan salted kacang tong garden brand. Then again experiment on myself... Yes! That was it... Ok new experience and new info.

Dulu x pernah jadi macam nie maybe because my daughter was not exclusively breastfeed since at nanny house there are times my bekalan susu shot and need to top up dengan formula milk. But actually was not... Saje bagi sikit... Belambak lagi ada dalam fridge. Anyway that time I was more secure in giving formula milk to her because of my penemuan my breastmilk was boiled not warmed before feeding... Abis milk tu pecah minyak... I don't know apa jadi to all the good nutritions in that milk... Was-was gak... I did tegur them. But the answer buat aku malas nak cakap lebih... "makcik dah biasa buat macam tu... dari dulu zaman "amy" kecik-kecik lagi." Because of that I thought of giving my little princess formula milk while with the nanny. I only breastfeed her before sending her to nanny & time ambil dia balik (usually in car right in front of nanny's house). Direct breastfeed jer la... Breastmilk yang dah perah tu campur dalam food dia.

Hmmm... Dah jauh menyimpang dari topik asal nie... Anyway, it is an info that I would want to share and remind of myself later if it do happens again. Hope this info will help other mommy like me. :)
